* Room rates:

–> These rates are available to us the entire weekend (Friday evening through Sunday evening).
* You will enjoy a complimentary deluxe hot breakfast including eggs, sausage or bacon, DIY waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee, available 7:00-11:00 a.m. on weekends.
* The swimming pool hours are 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. No life guard is on duty; adults must be at the pool with students.
* The hotel sends its shuttle to the Bus and Train Station as well as to the airport. You will call the hotel for pick-up and schedule your return with the Front Desk in advance.
* You may bring your own food to the hotel, but can serve it only in your rooms, NOT in the public or dining areas.
FREE housing option
Every year, St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, Camillus, opens its Fellowship Hall at no charge to those students with chaperones who bring their own sleeping bags. YOU MUST REGISTER for this option by March 1, 2011! Please email Free Housing to give contact information for each chaperone and the names of the students who will be in your party.
Ying TRSEF guests will go to the church after the 5:00 Pizza Party at the College. The Ying TRSEF guide will unlock the building, and serve as all-night host. The church will need the Fellowship Hall for Sunday School opening at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. Note: The building is wheelchair accessible, there are ample bathrooms and a complete kitchen is on that floor of the church complex. There are no showers in the building.
If you cannot travel Friday sundown to Saturday sundown
For any student not wishing to travel between sunset on Friday and sunset on Saturday, arrangements can be made to set up your project on Friday afternoon so it is available for Display and Safety and SRC review on Saturday afternoon. The Hotel package rate is for every night on Fair weekend if you wish to stay there.
