We have arranged for the Comfort Inn and Suites in North Syracuse to offer a room-breakfast package for science fair students, parents, chaperones and guests.

* Room rates:
–> $100 1-4 person occupancy (Notice: The Ying TRSEF will rebate $5/night for every person who stays at the Comfort Inn, which will bill $105/room.)
–> Suites are available — rates upon request.
–> These rates are available to us the entire weekend (Friday evening through Sunday evening), whether you stay one, two or three nights.
* Both Saturday and Sunday mornings a complimentary deluxe hot breakfast including DIY waffles is available 6:00-10:00 a.m.
* The swimming pool has a life guard until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday evening.
* The hotel sends its shuttle to the Transportation Center where Amtrak and Greyhound come in, as well as to the airport.
FREE housing option
St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, Camillus, has offered its Fellowship Hall at no charge to those students and chaperones who bring their own sleeping bags. YOU MUST REGISTER for this option in advance!
Ying TRSEF guests will go to the church after the 5:00 Pizza Party at the College. The Ying TRSEF guide will unlock the building, and serve as all-night host. The church will need to use the Fellowship Hall for Sunday School opening at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. Note: There are ample bathrooms and a kitchen on that floor of the church complex. Note: There are no showers in the building.
All Ying TRSEF guests are most welcome to attend the early service at 8:00 a.m. (The second service ends too late for fair participants to attend.)
